As a Chef de Partie at AC Hotel Belfast, you’ll take ownership of your section within a kitchen that values precision, consistency and beautifully executed food. You’ll prepare, cook and present dishes that reflect the hotel’s contemporary dining offer, working closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to deliver menus that balance creativity with commercial awareness. You’ll play a key role in developing junior members of the brigade, leading Demi Chef de Parties and Commis Chefs with clarity, calmness and pride. High standards of food hygiene, health and safety and cleanliness will underpin everything you do, alongside careful portion and waste control to protect margins and maintain efficiency. Your contribution directly supports the guest experience — from breakfast service through to evening dining — and plays a vital role in the success of Novelli at City Quays and the wider hotel operation.
