We’re now looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team — someone who takes ownership of their section, thrives in a busy environment, and is proud of the food they produce.
Job Responsibility:
Running your section confidently during service
Preparing, cooking, and presenting food to brand standards
Supporting daily mise en place and prep across the kitchen
Maintaining excellent kitchen cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards
Working with the Sous and Head Chef to drive consistency and quality
Assisting in the training and development of junior chefs
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef in a quality-led kitchen
Strong technical cooking skills and attention to detail
Ability to stay calm and organised during busy services
A positive, team-first attitude and a passion for food
Commitment to delivering high standards every day
