Job Description:

Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville is seeking a motivated and skilled Chef de Partie to support the Executive Chef and culinary leadership team at Bacco Restaurant & Bar, our signature Italian dining destination. In this role, you will contribute to delivering exceptional food quality, maintaining efficient kitchen operations, and upholding the culinary vision of Bacco through consistency, craftsmanship, and collaboration.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in leading, training, and developing the Bacco culinary team in alignment with Four Seasons standards and culture
  • Support daily kitchen operations for Bacco Restaurant & Bar, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
  • Ensure consistent preparation, execution, and presentation of all dishes in accordance with Bacco’s menus and culinary standards
  • Maintain strict compliance with sanitation, safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Implement and uphold portion control standards and established operational procedures
  • Collaborate closely with front-of-house and other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Assist with banquet plate-ups, special events, and high-volume service periods as needed
  • Demonstrate professionalism and adhere to Four Seasons Standards of Conduct at all times

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a professional kitchen, preferably within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environment
  • Strong culinary fundamentals with a working knowledge of Italian cuisine preferred
  • Solid understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety standards
  • Leadership potential with the ability to train, mentor, and support team members
  • Flexibility and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Passion for delivering refined, high-quality culinary experiences
  • Authorization to work in the United States is required for this role
