Start with wood-fired bread made to order with small plates of local and house-made antipasto. Requirements:
2-3 years’ experience in restaurants, hotels or brasseries
A passion for casual Italian dining with experience across the kitchen
Well presented, professional and calm under pressure, as you would be working in an open kitchen
Good work ethic, attitude and communication
Able to manage a section and train junior chefs
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Italian cuisine and using a wood-fired oven is a bonus
