• Deliver consistent, high-quality dishes in line with the Rao's menu, bringing care and precision to every plate
• Work with integrity — managing stock, minimising waste, and taking responsibility for your section with honesty and accountability
• Support and mentor commis chefs around you, helping to build a kitchen culture where everyone learns and grows
• Communicate clearly and positively with the wider brigade, contributing to a team that works hard and looks out for one another
• Uphold all food hygiene and health and safety standards — because doing things properly is never optional
• Bring energy and entrepreneurial thinking to the season — this is a unique pop-up experience and your contribution genuinely matters

• Experienced Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up
