Chef de Partie

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes in accordance with high-quality standards and recipes
• Assist in the creation of innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and guest preferences
• Supervise and mentor junior kitchen team members, providing guidance and support as needed
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen
• Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain inventory levels and minimize waste

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a reputable hotel or restaurant
• Culinary degree or equivalent qualification preferred
• Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests
