Job Description:

We’re looking for a Chef De Partie to join the Butlin's Team based in Bognor Regis. We truly believe that variety is the spice of life and in this role you’ll have the opportunity to lead and develop the skills of our team in one of our fantastic food venues. A Butlin’s resort is the home of getting stuck in and no trip to the seaside would be complete without great food and we offer this to every guest, every time in our restaurant.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and develop the skills of the team
Consistently deliver brand standards, menu and dish specifications
Carry out kitchen opening checks
Maintain a safe, hygienic and secure working environment
Take part in daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules
Responsible for food safety documentation including temperature checks
Responsible for cleaning and maintenance reports
Recording and monitoring of all food waste
Correct storage of food with respect for FIFO principles
Manage margins and control costs

Requirements:

Experience in a similar level role
Passed Level 3 Food Safety qualification
Confident in leading a team in a fast paced and busy kitchen environment
Hard working and determined
Reliable
Energetic and enthusiastic
High spirited and fun loving
Understands role and value in guest experience
Able to manage margins and control costs
Responsible for health, safety and hygiene

Nice to have:

Looking to step up to next role in the kitchen
Fun
Keen to join in and work as part of a team
Interested in ensuring guests have a great time

What we offer:
