Job Responsibility:
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and quality
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations
Support the Kitchen team in daily kitchen operations
Manage your section efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of dishes during service
Monitor stock levels and assist with stock control and ordering when required
Ensure all food preparation complies with food safety standards and hygiene regulations
Candidate must be available for up to a 6 week period and be happy to work on a shift basis covering Friday/Sat and Sunday shifts. The hours are set at 11 am - 7.00 pm
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role within a busy kitchen environment
Immediate availability for a temporary 6-week contract
Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Flexibility to work 5 days out of 7, including weekends on a rota basis
Availability to work from 11 am to 7 pm, with a total of 40 hours per week
Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications are desirable
Passion for delivering high-quality food and excellent customer service
