Job Description:

As a Chef de Partie for Indian Banquet at Sheraton Petaling Jaya Hotel, you will prepare and cook food to meet high-quality standards, manage kitchen operations, and play a key role in supporting your team. Sheraton emphasizes creating a global community where collaboration and excellence are promoted.

Job Responsibility:

Prepare special meals or substitute items
Regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters
Keep food logs and monitor the quality and quantity of prepared food
Follow recipes, quality standards, and presentation standards
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, and employee counseling
Comply with safety and security policies
Report maintenance needs, accidents, and unsafe conditions
Build positive working relationships and support the team’s goals
Address guests’ needs and provide excellent service

Requirements:

Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
At least 3 years of related work experience
No supervisory experience required
No license or certification required
