Prepares and cooks food according to standard procedures, recipe cards, photographs and given instructions. Assists the Sous Chef in training associates. Job Responsibility
Prepares food for guests and associates efficiently, economically, and hygienically as per the standard recipes following the standards and procedures
Support the Sous Chef in the overall smooth operation of the kitchen ensuring prompt service at all times
Ensures hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness in all areas of the kitchen, storage areas, cool rooms, freezers
Abide by the Four Seasons employee handbook
Abide by both the hotel and Four Seasons policies and procedures
Requirements
Good communication skills
Have a good knowledge of Western cuisine to carry out the duties and responsibilities for the position in an efficient and productive manner
