Now we’re looking for a Chef de Partie to join the team and help deliver the magic, day after day.
Job Responsibility:
Run your section with confidence and consistency in one of Sydney’s most iconic Italian dining rooms
Cook with premium produce, a wood-fired oven and a fully kitted-out modern kitchen
Work closely with a skilled brigade and grow under Exec Chef Mike Eggert
Be part of a fast, fun, high-standard service where quality never slips
Requirements:
Experience in a high-end wine bar, restaurant or brasserie
Calm, professional presence in an open kitchen
Strong organisation and attention to detail
A genuine passion for Italian flavours, produce and technique
Positive communication, work ethic and the ability to support those around you
Wood-fire experience is a bonus but not essential
