Santa Marta, located within Locke de Santa Joana in Lisbon, is our Mediterranean all-day dining restaurant — vibrant, social, and built around bold flavours and seasonal ingredients. We’re now looking for a talented Chef de Partie to run a section with confidence and help deliver consistent, high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen. Job Responsibility:
Running your section efficiently during service
Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to brand standards
Supporting daily mise en place and service preparation
Working closely with Sous and Head Chef to maintain quality and pace
Assisting in training and supporting junior chefs
Managing stock rotation and minimising waste
Upholding the highest standards of hygiene and food safety
Requirements:
Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis in a quality-led restaurant
Strong cooking skills and attention to detail
Ability to remain calm and organised in a busy kitchen
Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
Passion for Mediterranean flavours and modern dining
Fluency in English (Portuguese beneficial but not essential)
