We are recruiting a skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade. You will run your own section, contribute to menu development, and deliver consistently high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage your own station
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard
Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef during busy services
Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety practices
Assist with stock management and ordering
Contribute ideas to menu items and specials
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a CDP or strong Commis stepping up
Ability to work clean, fast, and efficiently
Strong knowledge of modern cooking techniques
High standards of presentation and consistency
Nice to have:
Experience in high-volume or modern Irish restaurants
