Job Description:

We are recruiting a skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade. You will run your own section, contribute to menu development, and deliver consistently high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and manage your own station
  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard
  • Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef during busy services
  • Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety practices
  • Assist with stock management and ordering
  • Contribute ideas to menu items and specials

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a CDP or strong Commis stepping up
  • Ability to work clean, fast, and efficiently
  • Strong knowledge of modern cooking techniques
  • High standards of presentation and consistency

Nice to have:

  • Experience in high-volume or modern Irish restaurants
  • Passion for seasonal, local ingredients
