As a Chef de Partie, your key responsibilities include preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within an estabilished kitchen team to ensure the best service possible is delivered to our guests daily. You are also responsible to guide any commis working with you, support the sous chef and head chef with daily operations and to ensure you and the team maintain high standards of food hygiene, following health and safety regulations. Additionally, monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins is a crucial part of your role. Our Kitchen Team is the magic behind each delicious dish we serve our guests, by fulfilling these responsibilities, you play a vital role in ensuring the success of the kitchen and all hotel food and beverage operations.

Great cooking skills and a deep understanding of different ingredients, flavors, and cooking techniques
Ability to work well under pressure
Ability to delegate tasks appropriately to team members
Strong organisational skills to manage section effectively
Commitment to maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment, including adherence to food safety regulations and proper use of kitchen equipment and cleaning products
Understanding of profit margins to ensure the kitchen runs efficiently and profitably
Passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through brand standards
