Job Responsibility:
Assisting the Head Chef during service, guaranteeing the highest standards in dish preparation
Collaborating seamlessly with the chef's brigade across all meal services—breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner
Engaging with the sous chef and head chef to explore innovative improvements in both dishes and service
Taking pride in presenting dishes that always exemplify outstanding taste, texture, and quality
Leading the brigade by setting a standard of excellence in every facet of your work
Requirements:
Relevant experience at the Chef de Partie level is highly desirable
A meticulous eye for detail
Exceptional organizational skills
Effective communication with your team
