Chef de Partie

• Participate in pre-opening tasks including kitchen setup, dry runs, team onboarding, and standard operating procedure development
• Take full ownership of a section in the kitchen, ensuring food preparation and presentation meet Four Seasons standards
• Prepare, cook, and present dishes consistently across à la carte and banquet operations
• Train, supervise, and support junior team members including Commis and Demi Chefs
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
• Assist in inventory control, waste management, and efficient stock rotation

• at least 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or 3 years of strong experience as Demi Chef de Partie in a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end restaurant
• Strong technical skills across multiple kitchen stations and a passion for culinary excellence
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a multicultural, fast-paced environment
• Thorough understanding of HACCP principles and food safety standards
• Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia
• Fluency in English is essential
