As Chef de Partie you will have a passion to deliver exceptional food to our guests. Assisting the kitchen team to develop excellent menus including weekly specials & seasonal promotions to delight our customers. With an eye for detail you will work with the kitchen brigade to ensure cleanliness and policy adherence at all times offering guidance to junior team members and support to senior chefs.
Job Responsibility:
Ensure compliance with food safety laws & procedures
Understand & implement the safer food better business protocols & HACCAP policies
Food Preparation
Cooking high end meals using a range of fresh and pre-prepared ingredients
Organizing & Cleaning
Accepting deliveries and ensure stock is put in the correct location
Ensuring proper presentation of menu items
Learning the specifications for each dish, presenting each item correctly and contributing to menu content
Requirements:
Experience of kitchen environment as a Commis Chef or higher
