Job Description:

We’re looking for an ambitious Chef de Partie for our beautiful site. Our people are the heart and soul of what we do, making us stand out in a crowded food scene. We’re opening new restaurants in fantastic neighbourhoods across the South, so due to our continued growth and expansion we’re now looking for a Chef de Partie.

Job Responsibility:

Create delicious dishes

Requirements:

Have worked with fresh ingredients in a premium branded kitchen
Be calm under pressure
Have high standards of food hygiene
Enjoy learning new things
Be a CDP, Line Chef or Cook who wants to create delicious dishes

Nice to have:

Ideally have worked in a similar fresh food kitchen environment
