Work alongside our Head Chef, Kitchen Team, and Group Executive Head Chef to expand your skills, build industry connections, and unlock opportunities for development and progression

• Experience as Chef de Partie, Demi Chef, or similar in fast-paced kitchens, ideally Pub/Bistro
• Strong problem-solving skills
• stays calm under pressure
• Clear communicator with excellent organisation to support teamwork and service flow
• Hands-on, high work ethic, committed to consistent, high-quality food
• Maintains quality and consistency across all menu items
• Able to multitask across stations and assist Head Chef in daily operations
• Collaborative team player, works independently when required
• Flexible to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
