Our kitchen team is pivotal to our operation; hence your role is crucial to the success in catering for our clients at this venue. Ensuring quality, consistency and beautifully presented dishes are produced for our customers. Within this role you must have previous experience working in a kitchen environment.
Job Responsibility
Report promptly for duty
Prepare and produce food to the highest standard
Report any shortage of stock to Head Chef & Sous Chef
Ensure correct stock rotation and proper storage of food
Keep section tidy and clean
Adhere to food hygiene regulation
Comply to Health and Safety regulations
Ensure mise en place is kept tidy and properly stocked
Fill in any position or station as required
Check, prepare and supervise food preparation
Report any fault of equipment immediately
Ensure complete confidentiality
Lead by example in displaying key customer service behaviours
Requirements
Previous experience working in a kitchen environment
Must be aged 18 or above
Have the right to work in the UK
Flexibility to work nights, evenings, weekends and shifts that coincide with a 24/7 trading week
