Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa Limerick, part of The iNUA Hotel Collection, is currently seeking a talented and ambitious Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated chef looking to develop their skills, work alongside experienced culinary professionals, and progress their hospitality career within one of Ireland's leading hotel groups.

Job Responsibility

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest quality standards
  • Manage and maintain your assigned kitchen section efficiently
  • Support the Executive Head Chef and Sous Chefs in daily kitchen operations
  • Ensure all food is prepared and served in line with recipes and brand standards
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and stock control
  • Maintain excellent food safety, HACCP, and hygiene standards
  • Support the training and development of junior kitchen team members
  • Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal offerings
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready for progression
  • Passion for food, hospitality, and guest satisfaction
  • Good knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and kitchen best practices
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends

Nice to have

  • Experience within a hotel kitchen environment
  • Formal culinary qualifications
  • Experience in banqueting, events, or high-volume food service operations
