We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our Kitchen Department for the Season 2026. This role is pivotal in supporting the kitchen team, supervising the Demi Chefs de Partie, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality dishes that meet Four Seasons culinary standards.
Job Responsibility:
Prepare and cook food according to standard procedures, recipe cards, and instructions from the Sous Chef
Supervise and train the team, assist in menu development, and ensure proper food quality, taste, and presentation
Participate in daily kitchen operations, maintain hygiene and H.A.C.C.P. standards, and ensure all equipment is operational
Assist in requisitions, ingredient preparation, and the creation of appealing room amenities
Work closely with the culinary team to uphold Four Seasons Food Standards
Respond appropriately to any hotel emergency or safety situation and contribute to smooth kitchen operations and high culinary performance
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar supervisory culinary role
Strong knowledge of international cuisines, food preparation techniques, and culinary standards
Ability to train, mentor, and lead kitchen staff effectively
Fluency in English is essential
proficiency in Greek is an advantage
Food Service Sanitation certification
