Job Description

Our kitchen team is pivotal to our operation; hence your role is crucial to the success in catering for our clients at this venue. Ensuring quality, consistency and beautifully presented dishes are produced for our customers.

Job Responsibility

  • Report promptly for duty in clean chef uniform
  • Prepare and produce food to highest standards
  • Report any shortage of stock to Head Chef & Sous Chef
  • Ensure correct stock rotation and proper storage
  • Keep section tidy and clean
  • Adhere strictly to food hygiene regulations
  • Comply with Health and Safety regulations
  • Ensure mise en place is tidy, fresh and properly stocked
  • Fill in any position or station as required
  • Check, prepare and supervise preparation of food
  • Report any equipment faults immediately
  • Maintain complete confidentiality
  • Lead by example in customer service behaviours

Requirements

  • Aged 18 or above
  • right to work in the UK
  • previous experience working in a kitchen environment
  • flexible scheduling for nights, evenings, weekends and shifts
