Job Responsibility
Report promptly for duty in clean chef uniform
Prepare and produce food to highest standards
Report any shortage of stock to Head Chef & Sous Chef
Ensure correct stock rotation and proper storage
Keep section tidy and clean
Adhere strictly to food hygiene regulations
Comply with Health and Safety regulations
Ensure mise en place is tidy, fresh and properly stocked
Fill in any position or station as required
Check, prepare and supervise preparation of food
Report any equipment faults immediately
Maintain complete confidentiality
Lead by example in customer service behaviours
Requirements
Aged 18 or above
right to work in the UK
previous experience working in a kitchen environment
