Job Description:

Our business is rapidly expanding, we are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our friendly and driven Kitchen Team. We are looking for a hard-working individual with a friendly, positive personality and a passion for food. You should be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills -; Surgeons Quarter manage a large food and beverage operation, which includes management of venue bars, private banqueting and a high street café.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a 4* level hotel or similar
  • Previous experience within high volume conference & banqueting and / or fine dining experience
  • Work in a multi-faceted outlet on a day to day basis, ensuring compliance with food hygiene regulations at all times
  • A passion for using the best local produce and creating exciting, innovative dishes
  • Demonstrate excellent and varied methods of cooking and presentation
  • Demonstrate excellent mise en place and storage of food items, waste management, and CookSafe procedures
  • Able to carry out audits of all food production storage and preparation areas
  • General Catering Qualifications to SVQ Level 2 or equivalent
  • You must be eligible to work in the UK
