Job Responsibility:
Prepare and deliver dishes to a consistently high standard
Take ownership of your section and ensure smooth service
Maintain high levels of cleanliness and food safety
Support junior team members and work closely with the kitchen team
Ensure prep, stock and service are well organised
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a professional kitchen
Confident, organised and reliable
Comfortable in high-volume service
Passionate about food quality, consistency and presentation
