Chef de Partie

• Work together as an international team to deliver a unique and unforgettable guest experience
• Participate in preparing the kitchen and all applicable workstations, equipment, and appliances ready for service
• Prepare and produce all food items for either the respective buffet or al la carte menu items depicted for either breakfast, snack, lunch, or dinner
• Assist guests with additional food allergy, nutritional requests
• Maintain the highest cleanliness standards in all areas of the kitchen, food preparation areas and serving areas
• Ensure food is stored and prepared in accordance with the TUI BLUE Hotels operating procedures, HACCP standards and legislation
• Adhere to personal hygiene standards and professional appearance

• Passionate about delivering a high-quality culinary experience
• Good standard of English required
• Local or other European languages highly advantageous
• Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie or Kitchen Chef in a fast-paced hotel environment highly desirable
• Strong guest focused mindset and ability to adapt quickly
• Strong team player
