Job Description:

We are looking for a disciplined and adaptable Chef de Partie to support our Tea Lounges wellness focused food offering at Eynsham Baths. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver consistently high quality, health driven dishes under minimal supervision. The position is not purely back of house. You are expected to confidently step into a front of house role when required, supporting service, engaging with guests, and maintaining overall service standards.

Requirements:

Experience working in a kitchen in a luxury / lifestyle multi-outlet food and beverage operation
Someone who stays up to date with current food trends and best practices
Experience in fresh, healthy, or wellness focused cuisine preferred
Ability to work across both kitchen and service environments
Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail
A genuine passion for hospitality and hosting
