The Chef De Partie is responsible for supervising and overseeing the preparation of food items for guest orders ensuring consistent quality. This role requires a special talent and passion for ensuring the culinary team delivers the highest of culinary consistently and ensuring that our food offering is at the center of our guest experience.
Job Responsibility:
Supervise Demi-Chef de Partie, Commis, Trainees
Carry out and ensure the set-up of their section under the supervision of a Sous-Chef or the Chef
Manage production and product storage
Place merchandise orders according to activity levels
Requirements:
Previous similar working experience
Possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application
Fluency in French and English
