Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen
Passion for cooking and a keen interest in multi-cuisine buffet-style service
Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Job Responsibility

Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in your designated section
Work across a variety of international cuisines in a buffet-style setting
Ensure all food hygiene and safety standards are maintained
Assist in stock control and kitchen organization
Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen
Train and mentor junior chefs, helping to maintain consistency and excellence
