We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team. The successful candidate will rotate between the different stations and services that characterize our kitchen, in order to gain an overview of the operations. Depending on the section, they will be responsible for actively supporting the Executive Chef in carrying out certain tasks and activities in order to guarantee excellent quality and operational efficiency.
Job Responsibility:
Rotate between different kitchen stations and services
Support Executive Chef in tasks to guarantee quality and operational efficiency
Know raw ingredients and check their quality
Know and master the menu and related dishes
Study recipes presented by Executive Chef and replicate them
Manage inventory of ingredients and food products for shifts
Communicate order requirements to Executive or Sous Chefs
Check stocks and manage waste
Supervise and coordinate work of assistant chefs and extra staff
Work in collaboration with other team members to ensure efficient service
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in work area, complying with HACCP standards
Ensure team complies with health, hygiene, and food safety regulations
Report any critical issues
Assist Head Chef in creating new recipes or modifying existing ones
Requirements:
Technical School Degree
At least 2 years of related work experience
HACCP certification
Experience in using main kitchen equipment and tools
Knowledge of associated risks and rules for equipment use
