We are seeking a Chef De Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. In this role, you will work alongside and report to the Head and or Sous Chef to achieve the highest standards of food production and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee food safety
Uphold health & safety compliance
Maintain high standards across all kitchen sections
Ensure cleanliness in food preparation areas
Prepare and serve food to specification
Supervise staff
Manage stock
Minimise waste
Contribute to departmental goals
Assist during busy periods
Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age
GCSE qualification and/or Level 1 and 2 Food Safety Awards
Previous hospitality industry cooking experience preferred
