Requirements:
Experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end, a la carte restaurant
French cuisine experience advantageous
Strong culinary skills with an eye for detail and a passion for quality
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
Team oriented and strong communication skills
A proactive attitude with a commitment to maintaining high standards
Eye for detail and strong time management
Knowledge food safety standards
Genuine interest in the day-to-day operations
Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Availability to work a rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
