Job Description:

The Berners Tavern restaurant at The London EDITION is seeking a driven Chef de Partie to join its Kitchen Brigade, working under celebrated Michelin-starred Chef Jason Atherton. This award-winning restaurant offers a contemporary British menu, rotating monthly based on seasonal ingredients. Chefs are offered opportunities for learning, supplier visits, and hands-on training in-house and externally. Berners Tavern is part of the Social Company and a luxury hotel group, offering both local and international career growth opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Help create and deliver a contemporary British menu
Assist with learning and creating monthly menu changes based on season
Participate in supplier visits for hands-on training

Requirements:

At least 3 years in a professional Kitchen
Preferably in a fine dining background in awarded restaurants or 5* hotels
A stable work history
A positive 'can do' attitude
Being passionate, driven, organised and punctual
