We’re now looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and play a key role in delivering dishes that celebrate creativity, precision, and flavour. Job Responsibility:
Running your section efficiently during service
Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to brand standards
Supporting mise en place and prep for each shift
Working closely with the Sous and Head Chefs to maintain quality and consistency
Helping to train and support commis chefs and junior team members
Upholding the highest standards of hygiene and food safety
Contributing ideas for new dishes and seasonal updates
Requirements:
Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef in a quality-led restaurant or hotel kitchen
Excellent cooking skills and an eye for detail
Calm, professional approach under pressure
A strong team ethic and willingness to learn
A genuine passion for food, hospitality, and growth
Ability to communicate in English (Portuguese a plus, but not essential)
