Join White Rabbit Projects as Chef de Partie – Cook with Creativity and Passion at Santa Joana, Lisbon. At White Rabbit Projects, we create hospitality experiences where quality, innovation, and people come first. The award winning, Santa Joana, located within Locke de Santa Joana in Lisbon, brings bold flavours and a modern approach to dining, where relaxed service meets elevated food. We’re now looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and play a key role in delivering dishes that celebrate creativity, precision, and flavour. If you’re detail-driven, passionate about cooking, and ready to develop your craft in a dynamic, international kitchen, this is the role for you.

Job Responsibility:

  • Running your section efficiently during service
  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to brand standards
  • Supporting mise en place and prep for each shift
  • Working closely with the Sous and Head Chefs to maintain quality and consistency
  • Helping to train and support commis chefs and junior team members
  • Upholding the highest standards of hygiene and food safety
  • Contributing ideas for new dishes and seasonal updates

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef in a quality-led restaurant or hotel kitchen
  • Excellent cooking skills and an eye for detail
  • Calm, professional approach under pressure
  • A strong team ethic and willingness to learn
  • A genuine passion for food, hospitality, and growth
  • Ability to communicate in English (Portuguese a plus, but not essential)
