As a Chef De Partie in the Pastry Kitchen at The Ritz-Carlton Millenia Singapore, you will prepare and ensure quality of food, assist management in team leadership, and deliver The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards. The role involves responsibilities such as preparing special meals, maintaining food logs, and supporting team goals in a luxury hospitality environment.
Job Responsibility:
prepare special meals or substitute items
regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters
maintain food logs and monitor food quality
assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating employees
ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
develop positive working relationships with others
ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
Requirements:
Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
at least 3 years of related work experience
ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
ability to lift, push, or carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds
Nice to have:
experience in luxury hospitality
creative and thoughtful approach to guest experience
understanding the Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards
