Job Responsibility:
Work on the hot section during service
Support the cold section when needed
Prepare hot side dishes and assist with daily prep
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Follow correct labelling, storage, and stock rotation procedures
Contribute to general kitchen cleaning duties
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a busy kitchen environment
Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (minimum)
Passion for cooking fresh, quality food
Confident, proactive, and able to lead sections during service
Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude
Flexible and willing to adapt in a fast-paced kitchen
