Job Description

Cook seasonal, veg-led plates with a view that inspires every dish. The kitchen operates in a fast-paced, efficient, and organised manner to produce a high volume of inspiring dishes for members and their guests whilst maintaining a calm, professional environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and maintain standards on your section through mise en place and service
  • Rotate across sections to support service and build all-round mastery
  • Communicate clearly and champion teamwork across the brigade
  • Uphold high food hygiene and safety standards
  • Minimise waste and maximise freshness
  • Supervise and develop commis chefs and KPs
  • Own a designated section, turning peak-season produce and home-reared meats into vibrant, flavour-first plates
  • Set the pace, mentor juniors, uphold sparkling hygiene, and keep service smooth, consistent and delicious

Requirements

  • Proven experience at CDP level (or similar) in a professional kitchen
  • Excellent time management, organisation and communication
  • Calm, composed and effective under pressure
  • Passion for food and for the hospitality industry
  • creative flair
  • Commitment to a spotlessly clean kitchen and high standards
  • Driving license is recommended
