Job Responsibility:
Manage and operate your designated section of the kitchen
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard
Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations
Support junior chefs and contribute to team development
Assist with stock control and minimise waste
Work closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
