The Radisson Hotel Cork, part of the iNUA Hotel Collection, is seeking a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality dining experiences, using fresh ingredients and fostering a collaborative kitchen environment. As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running your section efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of food preparation and presentation. This role is ideal for a chef looking to grow and develop within a professional hotel kitchen.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and operate your designated section of the kitchen
  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations
  • Support junior chefs and contribute to team development
  • Assist with stock control and minimise waste
  • Work closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
  • Passion for food and high standards
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
