Chef de Partie

• Assist the kitchen team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences in line with our high standards and guest expectations
• Take responsibility for your section, ensuring dishes are prepared to perfection, maintaining consistency, quality, and presentation at all times
• Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations, uphold food safety and hygiene standards, and contribute creative ideas to menu development
• Support our 190 Queen’s Gate restaurant, which combines British culinary tradition with contemporary flavours

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef within a quality hotel or restaurant environment
• Experience within a 5-star hotel or 3-rosette standard kitchen is highly desirable
• A passion for food and a genuine desire to deliver outstanding dishes
• Strong knowledge of food safety, kitchen operations, and modern cooking techniques
• A team player with a positive attitude and a keen eye for detail
• The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency
• All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK

Experience within a 5-star hotel or 3-rosette standard kitchen is highly desirable
