Job Description:

Artemis are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team at our Pear tree venue in Purton. The successful candidate will need to be self-motivation, with the ability to remain calm under pressure. A genuine passion for producing high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients is essential.

Job Responsibility:

Working as part of the team to ensure high standards of food preparation and service are kept
Maintaining a clean environment
To follow our allergens policy and kitchen management package. (Full training given)
Day to day reporting to the Head chef/Sous chef
Responding to emails
Using Checkit (full training given)

Requirements:

2 years' experience in a similar position
A passion for cooking
A proven track record, with good references to support your CV
Good Communication skills, with an understanding of HACCP
Own transport is essential due to the location
Candidates must be eligible to work full-time in the UK
