Tottenham Hotspur Stadium is looking for Chef de Parties (CDPs) and Senior CDPs to join our world-class culinary teams — across Premium hospitality and Retail / General Admissions (GA). Whether you thrive on fine dining finesse or fast-paced, high-volume service, this is your chance to deliver exceptional food experiences at one of the UK’s most iconic venues. Important: This is a matchday role, and we’re looking for candidates who can commit to the entire season. You will also be required to work 2–3 prep days before each matchday to ensure everything is ready for service. Candidates should be based in the local area or able to reliably travel to the stadium.
Job Responsibility
Execute dishes with precision and consistency
Support your section lead with prep, stock, and mise en place
Uphold food safety, allergen, and hygiene standards
Work collaboratively with the brigade to deliver seamless service
Lead a section during prep and service
Mentor junior chefs and ensure quality and presentation
Manage stock, prep schedules, and compliance
Assist Sous Chefs in maintaining standards across multiple outlets
Prepare and produce high-volume items to exacting standards
Maintain prep and service flow in fast-paced kitchens
Support junior staff to deliver efficient, consistent service
Lead a retail kitchen section, managing 1–2 chefs
Ensure consistent quality, portioning, and presentation
Train, support, and motivate junior chefs
Oversee stock, prep schedules, and service flow
Collaborate with Sous Chefs to maintain standards under pressure
Requirements
Experienced CDP/Senior CDP with exposure to high-end kitchens
Passionate, organised, and quality-focused
Calm under pressure, hands-on, and people-oriented
Level 2 Food Hygiene (Level 3 desirable for Senior CDP)
Experienced CDP/Senior CDP with high-volume experience
Energetic, team-focused, and detail-oriented
Able to work calmly under pressure and at pace
Level 2 Food Hygiene (Level 3 desirable for Senior CDP)
