Job Description

As Pastry Chef de Partie you will be an integral part of the Kitchen team, working alongside the Executive Pastry Chef to manage the daily operations of a busy and dynamic Pastry team. The Pastry CDP oversees the preparation and production of all desserts and pastry items and maintains the smooth running of the operation.

Job Responsibility

  • Supervise Demi Chef de Partie, Commis, Trainees, Apprentices and Kitchen Helpers
  • Manage production and product storage
  • Place merchandise orders according to activity levels
  • Comply with technical specifications and the spirit of the kitchen established by the Chef

Requirements

  • Possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application
  • Fluency in French and English
