As Pastry Chef de Partie you will be an integral part of the Kitchen team, working alongside the Executive Pastry Chef to manage the daily operations of a busy and dynamic Pastry team. The Pastry CDP oversees the preparation and production of all desserts and pastry items and maintains the smooth running of the operation.
Job Responsibility:
Supervise Demi Chef de Partie, Commis, Trainees, Apprentices and Kitchen Helpers
Manage production and product storage
Place merchandise orders according to activity levels
Comply with technical specifications and the spirit of the kitchen established by the Chef
Requirements:
Possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application
Fluency in French and English
