Job Responsibility:

Prepare, cook, and present desserts in accordance with high-quality standards and recipes
Assist in the creation of innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and guest preferences
Supervise junior kitchen team members, providing guidance and support as needed
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen
Prepare high-quality desserts for bar service, banquet events and fine dining
Ensure consistency in taste and preparation
Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain inventory levels and minimise waste
Work efficiently in evironment with strong attention to detail

Requirements:

Previous 3 years experience as a Chef de Partie/ Pastry Chef or similar role in a reputable hotel or restaurant
Culinary degree or equivalent qualification preferred
Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests
Team player with a positive attitude and flexibility for different shifts
