We are looking for a diligent Pastry Chef De Partie to produce pastry and bakery items for all of the restaurants food concepts at Estelle Manor.
Job Responsibility
Produce high quality pastry and bakery items for all of the restaurants food concepts at Estelle Manor
assist and engage with the kitchens senior leadership in managing all food health & safety related standards, ensuring the guests and members experience is always exceptional and memorable
work in the pastry kitchen preparing a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread etc. following our recipes
decorate pastries using different icings, toppings etc. to ensure the presentation will be modern, beautiful, exciting and appetising
be responsible for effective stock control within the Pastry section and to control and record all wastage
have good communication skills and proficiently liaise with all departments on an ongoing basis
close relationships with front of house operational teams.
Requirements
Experience working in a kitchen department in a luxury / lifestyle multi-outlet food and beverage operation
stays up to date with current food trends and best practices
previous proven experience creating pastry and bakery items
passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail
a genuine passion for hospitality and hosting.
