Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Garde Manger Chef de Partie to join our dynamic Food & Beverage Team. The ideal candidate will be excited and dedicated to serving our guests.

Job Responsibility:

Supervises and oversees the preparation of all cold dishes, including cold banquet items, all produce orders, and any additional tasks as assigned by kitchen management in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment

Requirements:

  • One to two years’ experience working in Food & Beverage preferred
  • Food Handlers Certifications required
  • Work authorization in the United States
