Requirements:
Chef experience in a premium a-la-carte restaurant
Grill section experience
Management candidates must have solid understanding of management practices and financial budgets/targets
Exemplary leadership with focus on staff development
Demonstrated experience in leading a high-performing team
Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
Solid understanding of food safety standards
Proven ability in building effective relationships
Organisational and time management skills
Experience using Deputy (or similar Time & Attendance system), H&L, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Excellent communication and presentation
Able and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
