As a Breakfast Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of the breakfast section, delivering high-quality dishes and a smooth, efficient morning service. This role is ideal for a motivated chef with strong leadership skills, a passion for breakfast cuisine, and a commitment to maintaining exceptional food quality and hygiene standards while setting a positive tone for the kitchen each day.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage the breakfast section during daily service
Prepare, cook, and present breakfast dishes to consistently high standards
Ensure all mise en place is completed and service-ready on time
Supervise, train, and support commis chefs and kitchen team members
Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation consistency
Manage stock levels, ordering, and proper food storage procedures
Work closely with senior chefs to uphold menu quality and kitchen standards
Requirements:
Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety for Catering Certificate
Food Allergy and Intolerance Training Certificate
