Job Description

As a Breakfast Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of the breakfast section, delivering high-quality dishes and a smooth, efficient morning service. This role is ideal for a motivated chef with strong leadership skills, a passion for breakfast cuisine, and a commitment to maintaining exceptional food quality and hygiene standards while setting a positive tone for the kitchen each day.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and manage the breakfast section during daily service
  • Prepare, cook, and present breakfast dishes to consistently high standards
  • Ensure all mise en place is completed and service-ready on time
  • Supervise, train, and support commis chefs and kitchen team members
  • Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
  • Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation consistency
  • Manage stock levels, ordering, and proper food storage procedures
  • Work closely with senior chefs to uphold menu quality and kitchen standards
