Plays a pivotal role in delivering an elevated culinary experience that reflects the sophistication, refinement, and excellence of a five-star luxury hotel. Responsible for overseeing a designated kitchen section, this position ensures that every dish served throughout the day embodies exceptional quality, consistency, and attention to detail. Working in a dynamic all-day dining environment, the Chef de Partie combines technical culinary expertise with strong leadership to uphold the hotel’s culinary vision, brand standards, and commitment to personalized guest experiences. Through precise execution, impeccable hygiene practices, and seamless collaboration with the culinary team, the Chef de Partie contributes to creating memorable dining moments that exceed the expectations of discerning international guests.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee a designated kitchen section
  • Ensure dishes embody exceptional quality, consistency, and attention to detail
  • Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees
  • Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures
  • Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
  • Complete safety training and certifications
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
  • Protect company assets
  • Anticipate and address guests’ service needs
  • Speak with others using clear and professional language
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
