Chef de Partie- Breakfast

• Supervise bar operations and ensure smooth service across all shifts
• Maintain the quality, consistency, and presentation of beverages in line with brand expectations
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
• Monitor and manage stock levels, ordering, and wastage to meet beverage cost targets
• Support the Bar Manager in achieving financial objectives, including revenue goals and service‑charge performance
• Drive sales through upselling, strong product knowledge, and participation in promotional initiatives
• Contribute to menu development, seasonal offerings, and cocktail innovation
• Ensure mise en place bar is cleaned and equipped with readiness and are consistently maintained
• Coach junior associates, support skill development, and promote a positive team culture aligned with hotel values
• Maintain accurate cash handling, till operations, and shift reporting in line with financial procedures
• Lead by example on the bar, demonstrating strong guest engagement, upselling, and brand storytelling

Experience in a 5‑star or luxury hotel
